They’re individuals who work or specialize in a particular vertical and frequently share social media content about their interests. You should cherish your small following and niche market!
Basically, putting things short, a micro-influencer, their audience treats them more like their friends, they can relate, they don’t consider products to be an annoying advertisement.
Once you stop focusing on the numbers of followers and just start to authentically engage with your audience and create content that matches your niche, everything will start to fall into place.

Quick Tip: Talk to your audience/followers like your best friend. Nurture, grow and give value. Do not talk or treat them like as if you are a sells person.
